Our backend service uses Row Level Security (RLS) which protects queries from being run by unauthenticated and/or differently authenticated users. Because of this, the only person able to access, update, delete your personal data is you.

The core benefit of our Ad-Free Experience is to enjoy HealthMode without the interruption of ads. Apart from this, all features within HealthMode remain free and fully accessible to all users, whether users pay or not.
Subscribing to our Ad-Free Experience requires a valid payment method. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable, except in cases covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Our billing cycle begins on the subscription start date and renews automatically unless cancelled.
You can manage your subscription settings, including cancellation, through your account settings. If you decide to cancel, you will continue to enjoy the ad-free experience until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be announced well in advance, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
From time to time, we may offer promotional codes for discounts on Ad-Free Subscriptions. These codes are applicable only at the point of subscription and cannot be used retroactively. Each promotional code has its terms and conditions regarding its validity period and use.
All features and functionalities of HealthMode outside of the ad-free experience remain accessible without a subscription, ensuring all users can benefit from our health and fitness resources irrespective of their subscription status.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid by a competent court, both parties agree that the court should strive to honor the original intentions of the invalid provision, with all other Terms remaining effective and enforceable.
You are not permitted to assign, delegate, or transfer your account or obligations under these Terms without the express written approval of HealthMode. Conversely, HealthMode reserves the right to assign or transfer our rights under these Terms and to engage third-party contractors to assist in fulfilling our obligations to you.
Communications from HealthMode to you, whether via email, traditional mail, or through direct notifications or links within HealthMode, are deemed sufficient notice under these Terms. HealthMode is not liable for any failure on your part to receive notices if they are directed to your spam folder or if you have failed to keep your email address current. Email notices are considered delivered forty-eight hours after dispatch, and notices given through the HealthMode services are deemed received twenty-four hours after they are first posted.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of HealthMode after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
